MELLO DOSE 2G SWITCH Disposable

Uses and Properties

MELLO DOSE 2G SWITCH Disposable is a cannabis vape product described as containing cryo live resin. Live resin is generally produced from fresh-frozen cannabis material, with low-temperature processing intended to preserve volatile compounds such as terpenes. Research on cryogenic cannabis extraction has found that lower-temperature processing can improve selectivity for cannabinoids and terpenes while reducing extraction of some unwanted plant compounds.

Key properties may include:

• 2G extract capacity: The product is identified as containing 2 grams of cannabis extract.
• Cryo live resin: The formulation is described as using live resin produced from fresh-frozen cannabis material.
• Cannabinoids: The exact cannabinoid profile and concentration should be confirmed from the product’s laboratory report or packaging.
• Terpene profile: Fresh-frozen processing is intended to help retain aromatic compounds naturally present in cannabis.
• Disposable format: The battery, heating element, reservoir, and mouthpiece are incorporated into a single device.
• Switch functionality: The “SWITCH” designation indicates a device-specific switching feature; the exact operation should be verified against the manufacturer’s instructions.

Manufacturing Process

The exact proprietary manufacturing process for MELLO DOSE 2G SWITCH Disposable is not publicly verified, so the following describes the general production process for cryo live resin vape products, rather than claiming it is the manufacturer’s exact procedure.

1. Fresh Cannabis Harvest

Cannabis flower is harvested while its cannabinoid and terpene profile is intact. Unlike conventional concentrates made from dried and cured flower, live-resin production uses fresh material.

2. Rapid Freezing

The freshly harvested plant material is rapidly frozen to very low temperatures. This helps slow chemical and biological changes and can help preserve volatile compounds. Cryogenic extraction research has demonstrated that low-temperature conditions can reduce chlorophyll and other impurities while retaining cannabinoids and terpenoids.

3. Low-Temperature Extraction

The frozen material is processed using an appropriate commercial extraction system. Depending on the manufacturer, live resin may involve hydrocarbon or other extraction technologies. The objective is to separate cannabinoids and aromatic compounds from the plant material while limiting unwanted compounds.

4. Separation and Refinement

The resulting extract is separated from residual plant material and processed to achieve the desired consistency and cannabinoid/terpene profile. Commercial processing requires controlled equipment and appropriate safety procedures.

5. Laboratory Testing

A finished cannabis extract can be tested for cannabinoid concentration, terpene content, pesticides, heavy metals, microbial contaminants, and residual solvents. Testing is important because the actual composition can vary between batches.

6. Vape Formulation and Filling

The finished live-resin formulation is transferred into compatible vape reservoirs under controlled manufacturing conditions. The reservoir is integrated with the disposable device’s heating system and battery.

7. Quality Control and Packaging

The completed devices are inspected, labeled with applicable product and batch information, and packaged according to the regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction in which they are sold.

Important: The exact ingredients, cannabinoid concentration, terpene profile, and manufacturing method for a specific MELLO DOSE 2G SWITCH batch should be taken from its packaging and corresponding certificate of analysis rather than assumed from the product name.
